This boutique is so much more than a business, it's a piece of my heart. 

Dear Dakota was created in memory of my sweet daughter, Dakota Ellen. She was born December 7, 2023. Tragically, on March 11, 2024 at just three months old, Dakota passed away unexpectedly at daycare due to unsafe sleep practices. In an instant, our world changed forever.

No parent should ever have to experience the loss of a child. I knew I wanted Dakotas life to leave a lasting impact. Dear Dakota Boutique was born from that promise- a way to honor her beautiful life, keep her memory alive, and create something filled with hope, love and purpose.

One of the most meaningful parts of Dear Dakota Boutique is our commitment to giving back. Each month, we will donate a portion of our sales to a different charity or organization in Dakotas honor. Whether is supporting other grieving families, donating an owlet sock to a family in need, or giving back to local charities, our hope is that her legacy continues to make a difference in the lives of others.
